for Your Employees
Yoga Self-Care
This event can include chair or floor yoga tailored to the needs of your staff. We will discuss different types of self-care, including the best practices for a healthy mind. Participants will practice mindfulness meditation and a relaxing yoga practice. The areas of mind, body, and emotional energy will be experientially observed in this fully immersive workshop.
Mindfulness Meditation
This interactive workshop includes a discussion about the mental health benefits of practicing meditation and mindfulness. We will learn about the neuroscience behind a regular practice and proven ways to increase neurointegration. Participants will practice 5 different types of meditation and have the opportunity to share their preferences and experiences of each type of practice. This workshop will also offer suggestions for ways to create a regular meditation practice.
Morning Yoga
Start your work day with a yoga morning yoga session for your staff. Sun salutations, or Surya Namaskar will be taught to release tension in the body, and help to prepare for a focused work day. This class includes sun salutation examples with modifications for various levels of mobility. Themes of releasing stress and focusing on the now, releasing resistance and creating connection are useful to build your cohesive team.
Evening Yoga
Plan a self-care event for your staff at the end of the workday to release stress. Move into the evening feeling relaxed and with a clear mind will help flow into your evening and leave work at work. In this workshop, we will learn a moon salutation to invite in the energy of receptivity, curiosity, and slow flow.
DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Yoga
In this workshop, we will review the principles of DBT, discuss the opposing forces that exist in and around us. This workshop encourages people to move away from limited thinking and awaken to the possibility of a middle path. We will embody the principles of change and opposing forces within ourselves such as conflicting emotions and beliefs. Participants will also learn how to dialectically view strong emotions, interpersonal dynamics, and impulsive behaviors

Living Yoga for Individuals
This includes coaching on the ways to incorporate the 8-limbed path of yoga into daily living. This is based on the wisdom of the 8,000-year-old practice originating in India. We explore our Ayurvedic constitutions and ways to find a balance in this ever-changing technological world. This includes private yoga classes, meditation, and pranayama, as well as assessment of energetic imbalances and clearing.

Earth Mandala
Yoga Workshop
3-hour workshop in nature, creating, flowing and working together. We will create an Earth Mandala, practice presence, slowing down, and connecting with nature. With the mandal as our centerpiece, we flow intentionally through a vinyasa flow series. Participants will feel grounded, connected, and clear at the end of this invigorating workshop.
