Psychedelic Integration and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines the transformative potential of ketamine with skilled therapeutic support. During Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Many people report rapid relief from depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms, along with insights that can lead to lasting growth. Integration sessions afterward help you reflect on what arose, make meaning from it, and apply your discoveries to daily life. If you are exploring psychedelic experiences independently, integration therapy can also help you process and ground what you’ve learned.
Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)
CRM offers a deeply holistic approach to healing trauma, bridging the most instinctive parts of your brain with your healthiest, most authentic self. This therapy draws on attachment, breathwork, connection to nature, and other internal resources to help you safely explore emotions that once felt unbearable. Clients often experience a powerful shift: memories that once carried pain become more neutral, and a clearer sense of self begins to emerge. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is an effective, brief therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. In ART sessions, you’ll use eye movements and visualization techniques to reprocess troubling memories. You don’t have to talk about the details if you prefer not to—instead, you can focus on images or sensations. Many clients notice relief quickly, often within a handful of sessions, and find they can recall past events without the same level of distress. Learn more about ART here.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a powerful and evidence-based therapy for healing trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. Through guided bilateral stimulation (often eye movements), EMDR helps your brain process stuck or overwhelming experiences in a way that reduces emotional charge and brings resolution. You don’t have to go into detail about the memory if you don’t want to. What matters is creating space for your brain and body to process safely and effectively.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
​DBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help you build skills for managing overwhelming emotions, reducing self-destructive behaviors, and improving relationships. In DBT, you can expect to learn practical tools for staying present, handling distress without making things worse, and communicating more effectively. Many clients find that DBT brings a sense of stability and hope, even during times of crisis.
