Service Description

Our Women's group is an open group with a monthly theme. Right now we are a virtual group meeting on Monday's a 12:00pm. For the month of March we are focusing on the theme of compassion. The group includes a review of a compassion skill, and a check in from each group member. Each month the theme changes and we welcome new group members.
